Our blue flagged, award winning beach provides the perfect conditions to dive headfirst into a thrilling and adrenaline-pumping experience in the North Sea. Wether your first-time surfing at Whitby or looking for some extra tuition brgotr you take to heading out on your own, our fullu qaulified instructors are passionate about making the season as fun and exciting as it can be.
We also provide a wide range of quality surf and beach equipment to hire, so you can take full advantage of the North Sea and everything our beach has to offer. Equipment hire on offer includes: Surfboards, Bodyboards, Paddleboards, Kayaks, Wetsuits, Deckchairs, Windbreaks and more! We also have a shop that sells beach essentials such as beach towels, kids wetsuits, surfing essentials, shoe charms, jewellery and much more! We also work alongside Whitby DAG to provide a beach wheelchair service. As well as hire, we offer surf lessons, beach clubs and kids clubs, so we have something for everyone here at Whitby Surf School.
