Treasure Chest Whitby is a modern, spacious, duplex apartment with a boutique feel.

Just a 5-minute walk from the Train and Bus Stations in the centre of Whitby. The apartment is well-placed for exploring Whitby on foot or discovering the nearby North York Moors, the Cleveland Way National Trail or the delights of the North Sea Coast.

Treasure Chest can sleep up to six adults plus one baby and is both child and pet-friendly. (2 Dogs Maximum).

Off street parking is a rarity in Whitby. However, Treasure Chest has the luxury of one designated parking space within the gated car park plus the benefit of free roadside parking locally for any additional cars.

The apartment is located on the second and third floors of a modern apartment block. From the amply sized internal hallway you can access the large open-plan kitchen/living/dining area complete with Karndean flooring. The lounge has two 3-seater sofas (one being an electric recliner), a “Stressless Relaxer” chair and footstool, plus a choice of occasional tables. For your entertainment the lounge has a 56” Smart screen TV, Blu-ray player and Bluetooth stereo. For dining there is a large oak table with seating for six, plus a highchair available for a child if needed.

The overall homely yet relaxed and airy feeling is enhanced by a feature mural and vaulted ceiling leading to French doors that open onto a small balcony with table and chairs for two.

The layout of the large galley kitchen with cooking island, allows you to utilise the modern conveniences to cook dinner whilst watching TV and join the family conversations, without missing anything.

On the same floor there are two comfy double bedrooms with skylights; one a double with a TV/DVD player. The other generously sized bedroom has a large flat screen TV and Blu-ray player and the choice of either two singles or an indulgent super king bed.

Still on the main floor, there is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet and basin.

You may need to draw straws to decide who has the privilege of the whole upper floor, with the master bedroom suite. This delightful room features a lake view wall mural and benefits from a loveseat, large screen Smart TV, Blu-ray player, table with two chairs, a safe, multiple skylights, plus a roomy en-suite with a shower, toilet and basin. Once again, for full flexible sleeping arrangements, you can choose between a zip/link super king bed or twin single beds.

Treasure Chest has storage spaces for your luggage, including a lockable one. All our bedrooms have wardrobes with hangers, hairdryers, mirrors and multiple USB charging points.
