The Goathland Hotel is family run by Keith, Jean & Hannah Richardson with Sophie Newlyn and their small friendly team of staff. We produce both good pub food and drink in a friendly atmosphere to which our guests constantly return.
The pub is well known locally and internationally as the 'AIDENSFIELD ARMS' in Yorkshire Televisions very popular 'HEARTBEAT' series. However Goathland and our moors are what we are proud
We are proud to be a small village pub our rooms reflect the traditional building and retain all the charm and character of yesteryear. The pub building dates back to 1860 and as such in making all our rooms ensuite they are relatively small but well equipped.
The hotel has seven ensuite bedrooms, they all have individual characteristics and views of our wonderful moors and timeless village.
