A tiny, two bar traditional pub, set in the heart of Whitby. We offer Yapas (Yorkshire Tapas) from our compact kitchen. Choose from a variety of cold options such as Whitby crab pate, kipper pate, locally made pork pies, or one of our sharing boards- Yorkshire cheese board, ploughman's board or Yorkshire charcuterie board. We also have a number of hot food options. Some favourites include crispy belly pork bites, French onion soup, doorstep cheese on toast and Beef & Blue, a rich beef stew finished with Harrogate Blue cheese.
We have a choice of four cask ales, two real ciders and a variety of beers, lagers and craft ales. These are complemented by a selection of spirits, wines and soft drinks, including non-alcoholic, and hot drinks.
If you're looking for somewhere to stay, we also have 4 en-suite rooms on a room only basis.
