Seal View Apartment

Seal View is a two bedroomed harbour side apartment with an allocated parking space sleeping four plus one. It overlooks Whitby's picturesque marina and historic fishing port beneath the Abbey. The water front apartment is on the former shipyard on the banks of the River Esk. The property is on the third floor (accessible via the lift or stairs), giving a great advantage point to catch a glimpse of seals swimming and cormorants catching fish. The apartment is no smoking and no pets are allowed. The wide array of services, amenities and attractions in the heart of Whitby are only a short flat walk away.

Our spacious accommodation consists of:

✅Fitted kitchen/dining/lounge (single sofa bed)with river, harbour views and steam trains. Fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, combination microwave, electric oven / hob, extractor, toaster, iron, smart LED TV, wi-fi.

✅Bedroom one with a king size bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobes, dressing table / chair offering views over the upper harbour.

✅Bedroom two has two single beds (third single trundle bed available). bed side cabinet, wardrobes and dressing table with a chair.

Pillows and duvets are provided, but we ask guests to provide their own bed linen / personal towels where possible although this is available on request for an additional cost.

✅Entrance hall with storage cupboard.

✅Bathroom with WC, bath with electric shower over, , hand basin, bluetoothLED mirror with shaver socket and demister touch, heated towel railand stoarage cabinet.

✅Controllable electric heating throughout.

✅We have one car parking space allocated in the undercroft car park. There are additional visitor spaces around the development but these are on a first come first served basis.

Please note there are no electric car charging facilites at the property or on the develpoment but they are available in Whitby. Mobility scooters / e-scooters / e-bikes are not allowed in the block or flat for charging. 

Minimum two night stay except August which is full weeks only Saturday to Saturday.
