With an enclosed rear yard, rattan dining furniture and extra seating in the front garden this is a great place for all the family to relax.
Across three floors, you’ll have full access to the property including a hallway leading into the living room and open plan dining area with well equipped kitchen, access to the utility area, downstairs WC and enclosed yard.
On the first floor you will find 3 beds across 2 bedrooms, a king room has an en-suite, there is a twin bedroom and the house bathroom with bath and over head shower.
Going up to the second floor you have a small hallway then a large king size attic room with a small seating area, en-suite and views of Whitby Abbey out of the window.
