Ammonite House is a beautiful 19th century, 3 storey mid terraced property and is situated less than a 10 minute walk into town with free on street parking on a first come basis.
The property has been decorated to a high standard and is highly rated by our guests who regularly give exceptional feedback.
It has 3 generous bedrooms, 2 doubles, both with smart tv's and hanging rails and a chest of drawers in each ( the loft bedroom has slightly steep stairs so isn't suitable for those with mobility issues or children under the age of 8). The 3rd bedroom is a twin room, again with a hanging rail and a bedside table between the beds. There is a travel cot in the front bedroom cupboard and also a high chair for our younger guests ( please bring your own bedding for the travel cot)
We have a gas stove for cooler evenings and there is a dvd player and a good selection of family friendly dvds plus the tv has Netflix, NowTv, etc - you just need your own login to access them. There are also a number of books and games to suit all ages.
We have buckets and spades and a picnic blanket for you to use during your stay ( we just ask that you leave the buckets clean for the next guests please) and you'll find everything you need in the house to make your stay a comfortable one including hairdryers, usb sockets in the kitchen, lounge and loft room and front bedrooms, a washer/dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine if you like a proper coffee to start your day. We also supply a generous welcome pack to set you up for the start of your holiday including cereals, bread, milk & butter among other things to save you having to bring shopping with you.
